At Emmanuel Leadership College, Students serve alongside experienced leaders while receiving practical training, spiritual development, and leadership investment within the life of Emmanuel.
Students can earn up to 3 free credits every semester that they intern and gain valuable resume building experience at the same time!

Pastoral Leadership
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.
Next Gen.
Serve alongside our young adults, youth and kids pastors to grow in your passion for pastoring the next generation. Training includes pastoral care, event planning, and how to prepare services, lead teams, and lead a healthy next gen ministry!
Worship
Learn how to engage in the presence of God, then be trained in set list building, how to run rehearsals with a band, song & key choice, transitions, and flowing in spontaneous moments. Students will gain experience in songwriting, leading teams, creating and maintaining thriving worship cultures, as well as to how to become the leader God has called them to be on and off the stage.
Business + Leadership
Learn how non-profit businesses operate and intern with Emmanuel’s finance, HR, or operational team! Students will gain practical training and see behind the scenes of organizational structure!
Kingdom Builders
Gain real-life exposure to missions through both the sending and going process. Students will support our 100+ monthly missionary families, help strategize and strengthen the growth of Kingdom Builders, and play a role in coordinating and sending mission teams. Students will also have the opportunity to help lead the Emmanuel Leadership College mission trip experience.
Digital Media
Discover and release your creativity through graphic and digital design, social media, film and video, photography and communications. Students will learn a church-centered creative process, develop technical proficiency in your gift and grow in leadership all while producing high-end visual content.
Production
Gain practical experience in live sound, technology and mix engineering. Students will also become equipped to learn how to lead teams while growing their skills and practicing in various ministry settings.
Psychology
Gain practical experience from licensed counselors or ministries who teach our students best practices on their journeys to becoming psychologists. Students will have the opportunity to do an internship outside of Emmanuel within the counseling field.
