During a student’s schooling, they have two options for the practicum experience through enrolling in online elective courses or participating in an Emmanuel Internship experience. If choosing the on campus experience the ELC Site Director would work with each student to provide a meaningful intern experience with a minimum of 8 hours per week of ministry training with Emmanuel’s Pastors and staff.
Each year will hold something new for an ELC Student.
The ELC Internship Experience was designed to be progressive throughout their college experience.
YEAR ONE | Throughout the year a student will be placed in 4 different intern areas rotating every 8 weeks.
YEAR TWO | Students will pick two ministry areas to focus on throughout this year.
YEAR THREE | Students will focus on one area of ministry of their choice.
